Stephanie Then

I am a researcher for the Product Development Research Centre (PDRC).

My research interests include: Expertise in research and development of food product and sensory analysis; Application of descriptive analysis in trained panel for product quality and variables; and Consumer trials in acceptability and preference for food products.

I am also a member of the New Zealand Institute of Food Science and Technology.
