Siti Nadjiha Mohd Rozali

Siti Nadjiha, moved to a peaceful city of Palmerston North from the busy town of Auckland, New Zealand. She studied Chemical & Materials Engineering at The University of Auckland and proceeded to pursue her Ph.D. at School of Engineering & Advanced Technology, Massey University, Palmerston North. Passionate about engineering related food, she is currently studying about the spray drying of fruit juices. On 2014, she worked as a research assistant at The University of Auckland, dealt with the hydrothermal processing of solid wastes, which was a collaboration project with Scion. During 2015, she also completed a project on the mechanisms of microbial spore inactivation.
