Dr Santanu Deb-Choudhury

Santanu Deb-Choudhury is a Senior Scientist at AgResearch Ltd. His professional expertise is in protein chemistry, including protein cross-linking and functional conversion. His research includes application of chromatography, electrophoresis and mass spectrometry techniques in diverse projects. He is involved in the development and application of proteomic and lipidomic approaches in characterising molecular processes and tracking oxidative damage in food proteins; wool surface functionality amplification to create novel textile treatments and mass spectrometry elucidation of photo-induced modifications of proteins.
