Jolin Morel

I was raised on a small farm near Palmerston North, and studied at Massey University Palmerston North, Graduating with a BE(Hons) majoring in Chemical and Nanotechnology in 2014. After graduating I worked on nutrient emission modelling for the NZ Pork Industry Board, assisted with several scientific trials, and designed a tall-form spray drier. I am now in my first year of a PhD in Food Science, working on the rapid sheep milk freezer project. In my spare time I am an avid equestrian, competing in Eventing competitions throughout the North.
